A movement born
from community,

rooted in Christian faith, driven by love.

Founded by Chrissie Chirembo — a Christian communicator and purpose-led leader based in Blantyre, started in late 2024. Qwathu Rise exists to unlock the extraordinary potential within every young Malawian, regardless of background or circumstance.

When youth are equipped with education, mentorship, and a strong sense of identity, they become agents of transformation for their families, communities, and nation.

Our programs run across all 15 districts of Malawi, with leadership rooted in Blantyre. We also have active hubs in Lilongwe, Mzuzu, and Zomba.

100% of donated funds are allocated directly to programs. We publish annual impact reports detailing exactly how resources are deployed across our five pillars.
